Al-Watar Educational Foundation Students Visit Al-Zahrawi University to Experience the University Environment and Develop Their Academic Skills As part of its efforts to strengthen cooperation between educational institutions and connect high school students with the university environment, Al-Watar Educational Foundation organized an academic visit to Al-Zahrawi University for high school students, accompanied by several faculty and administrative staff members. The student delegation was warmly welcomed by representatives from the university and its colleges. A welcoming ceremony was held during which university officials expressed their pleasure at the visit, which contributes to strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and supports students in guiding their academic futures. The visit program included a series of awareness and development lectures. Dr. Salam Waheed Ajil, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, delivered a lecture addressing the importance of planning for university studies and the role of higher education in building students' academic and professional character. Lecturer Nahed Yass Dahash also delivered a lecture entitled “Study Skills and How to Choose Your University Major,” during which he reviewed the most prominent scientific methods for effective studying and the criteria that help students choose the appropriate university major according to their interests, abilities, and the needs of the job market. At the end of the visit, the students of Al-Watar Educational Foundation expressed their thanks and appreciation to Al-Zahrawi University for the warm welcome and the valuable information and guidance provided, which contributed to broadening their academic horizons and enhancing their readiness for the upcoming university stage.
